Trello is free to use. It is a powerful tool to use in daily tasks update and track tasks project management.

By Using Trello what and all we can do we will check in this blog.

Create a account with Trello using a email it is just 2 or 3 steps to complete.

Once you have created an account with Trello. we will explain you how effectively you can user trello.

Creating a Board

Once you created an account with Trello. on top right corner you can see plus icon.

On Click of plus icon you can see image as below.

Click on Create Board and then give some name for it.

You have successfully created a board in Trello app.

Creating a List 

You Can create List with proper naming convention how you like.

Most commonly used for Project management.

Adding Cards to the List


in each list you will have plus symbol with Add a Card. Click on add a Card and give some proper name for your card.

Trello Task will have many options inside.

Create a Checklist to a Trello Card  :

Like a sub Task to be completed

Sub Task will be shown as below once done we can check the box and it will sow the progress of the sub task checklist.

Create a Due Date for Card:

Add Due Date to your task and add reminder if needed.

Drag and Drop the Cards from one list to Another:


we can drag and drop the task according to the task status.

we can use templates to create Boards which are developed by Trello and some people.
